This project was my Information Systems capstone project, completed for the class Information Systems Consulting Project (67-373). For this class, we were split into teams, and then assigned an organization that we had to work with throughout the semester to help deliver them a product that they needed. My team was assigned an organization called "First Tee Pittsburgh", which is a youth organization that uses the game of golf as a platform to teach young people valuable life skills, core values, and leadership qualities. The director at First Tee wanted us to solve a problem where coaches at First Tee struggled to communicate messages with their students, which was especially problematic when last minute changes had to be made to classes. My team came up with an idea to create a portal for golf coaches.
